First I work out what's actually true: the problem, the people, the numbers, and what's living only in your head.
Most of the answer is usually already there. It just isn't connected.Before you build it, work out whether it deserves to exist. You get a real go, change or stop.
Stop is a good answer too. It's the cheapest one you'll ever get.Then I make it: the product, the brand, the website, or the way the business runs underneath.
